The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) said it has adopted
Senator Bukola Saraki for the position of Senate President in
the National Assembly leadership election to be held today.
In the same vein, the PDP said it has adopted Hon. Yakubu
Dogara for the position of the Speaker of the House of
Representatives.
In a statement by National Publicity Secretary, Olisa Metuh,
the party urged its senators and members-elect in the House
of Representatives to support its candidates.
It said,” The party therefore urges its senators and
members-elect in the National Assembly to act accordingly.”...
