Boko Haram has released a new video showing members of the sect cutting off the right hands of two men accused of stealing.
The video was reportedly shared via social media on Monday, November 2, 2015.
It
is said to show a group of villagers gathered around while the
terrorists explain that they are carrying out God’s “prescribed
punishment,” according to a translation by the SITE Intelligence Group.
Screenshots from the video further show blood splattered around the scene where the incident occurred.

Boko Haram leader, Abubakar Shekau was again absent from the video as has been the case in recent times.
Shekau was last heard from in March 2015 when he proclaimed the sect’s allegiance to the Islamic State (ISIS).
