Young John Explains Why He Is Scarce on Olamide’s Latest Album

Hitmaker Young John has finally revealed to the world the reason he didn’t make many appearance on Olamide‘s latest project Eyan Mayweather.

John produced only 1 song on the chart topping album which was Bobo, which happened to be the most successful song on it. Many expected him to be prominent on the album but that was not the case.

He told Hip TV that he was busy with other things while the album was being recorded hence he needed time off. He however added that his fans should expect a lot from him in 2016.

Young John produced Lil Kesh latest song, #Ibile.

The 8 Challenges for New Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurship comes with a host of challenges. Rewarding challenges, but harsh challenges nonetheless. Experienced entrepreneurs have to deal with this no matter how long they’ve been in business -- trying to establish a brand, adjust to match or exceed the competition and keep your business profitable is a challenge no matter how many years you’ve been in business.
But for new and young entrepreneurs, there are some unique challenges that are especially difficult to overcome. If you’re just getting into the game, or you’re thinking about becoming an entrepreneur, be prepared for these eight significant hurdles.

1. Abandoning another career
If you’re going to dedicate yourself to starting and nurturing a business to success, it’s going to be nearly impossible to simultaneously manage another career. You might be able to manage the infancy of your business on the side, during weeknights and weekends, but if you want a chance of growing significantly, invariably you’ll have to quit your day job. Walking away from a promising, steady long-term opportunity for something unpredictable is scary --especially if you’ve never run a business before. Unfortunately, there’s no easy way to address this . Just think through your decision logically, and don’t ignore your instincts.

2. Financing
Experienced entrepreneurs don’t have it easy when it comes to funding a new business, but they do have a few advantages over newcomers. They might have a pool of capital from a business they previously sold or a steady stream of revenue they can use to fund a new business’s cash flow.
Even if their first business went under, they’ve likely made investment contacts and client connections necessary to give them a leg up in a new enterprise. As a new entrepreneur, you’ll be starting from scratch, which means you’ll need to start networking like crazy and thinking through all your possible funding options before landing on one.

3. Teambuilding
This is especially hard if you’ve never run or managed a team before, but even if you have management experience, picking the right team for a startup is stressful and difficult. It’s not enough to find candidates who fill certain roles -- you also need to consider their cost to the business, their culture fit and how they’ll work as part of your overall team. Such considerations are exceptionally hard when you’re under the pressure of filling those positions as soon as possible.

4. Being the visionary
As the founder of your startup, you’ll be expected to come up with the ideas. When a competitor emerges, it will be your responsibility to come up with a response plan. When your team hits an impenetrable obstacle, your job will be to come up with an alternative plan to move forward.
This demands on-the-spot creative thinking --which should be an oxymoron, but entrepreneurs rarely have the luxury of time. The less experience you have, the more pressure you’ll feel from this, and the harder time you’ll have coming up with acceptable plans.

5. Dealing with the unknown
How long will your business exist? How profitable will your business be? Will customers like your product? Will you be able to give yourself a steady paycheck? None of these questions has a solid, reliable answer, even in startups based on great ideas with all the resources they’d theoretically need.
That unknown factor means your job stability is going to plummet, and many of your long-term plans will remain in flux as new developments emerge. Dealing with this volatility is one of the hardest parts of emerging as a new entrepreneur.

6. Loneliness
It’s a rarely mentioned problem of entrepreneurship, and many new business owners aren’t prepared for it until it happens. Being an entrepreneur is lonely . It’s a singular position, so you won’t have teammates to rely on (completely). You’ll be working lots of hours, so you won’t see your family as often. And your employees will be forced to remain at a bit of a distance.

7. Rule-making
It’s fun to be the boss until you have to enforce something. Sooner or later, you’ll have to come up with the rules your business follows, from how many vacation days your workers get to what the proper protocol is when filing a complaint about a coworker. These details aren’t fun to create, and they aren’t fun to think about, but they are necessary for every business.

8. Decision-making
Believe it or not, this is probably the most stressful challenge on this list. New entrepreneurs are forced to make hundreds of decisions a day, from big, company-impacting decisions, to tiny, hour-affecting ones. Decision fatigue is a real phenomenon, and most new entrepreneurs will experience it if they aren’t prepared for the new level of stress.
If you can work your way past these major obstacles, you’ll be well on your way to establishing yourself as an entrepreneur. That isn’t to say they won’t continue to nag at you as the years go on, or that new and varied challenges won’t arise to take their place, but you’ll be prepared to handle yourself in those most volatile and impactful first few months -- and that puts you far ahead of the competition.

Truck bomb kills nearly 50 at Libyan police academy

At least 47 people were killed on Thursday when Libya's worst bomb attack since the fall of Muammar Gaddafi hit a police training center as hundreds of recruits gathered for a morning meeting.

No group immediately claimed the attack in the western town of Zliten, but suicide blasts and car bombings have increased in Libya as Islamist militants have taken advantage of the North African country's chaos to expand their presence.
Late on Thursday the Islamic State militant group claimed another car bombing that killed at least seven in the oil port of Ras Lanuf.

The port and a nearby terminal at Es Sider came under attack from militants earlier this week, in their most concerted effort to date against Libya's oil infrastructure.

In Zliten, Mayor Miftah Hamadi said the truck bomb detonated as around 400 recruits were gathering in the early morning at the police centre. Zliten lies between the capital Tripoli and the port of Misrata.
"It was horrific, the explosion was so loud it was heard from miles away," Hamadi told Reuters by telephone, his voice choked with emotion. "All the victims were young, and all about to start their lives."

The charred remains of a vehicle lay strewn across the ground near the police academy building. Parked cars were mangled by the force of the blast.

Witnesses said residents ferried victims to Misrata hospitals in ambulances and cars, many with shrapnel wounds and some bodies too damaged to be identified. Medical sources had initially said 65 people had been killed, including some civilians.
But Fozi Awnais, head of the crisis committee for the health ministry in Tripoli, said later that 47 people had died and 118 more were wounded.

Since a NATO-backed revolt ousted Gaddafi, Libya has slipped deeper into turmoil with two rival governments and a range of armed factions locked in a struggle for control of the OPEC state and its oil wealth.

In the chaos, Islamic State militants have grown in strength, taking over the city of Sirte and launching attacks on oilfields.
On Monday, Islamic State fighters launched an attack on Ras Lanuf and Es Sider, Libya's biggest oil export terminals, which are situated between Sirte and the eastern city of Benghazi.

Clashes over three days had already had already left 11 guards dead and set seven oil storage tanks on fire before Thursday evening's car bombing.

The ports have been closed since December 2014, and Libya's oil output has plunged to less than one quarter of a 2011 high of 1.6 million barrels per day.

The Zliten blast was the worst since an attack in February last year when three car bombs hit the eastern city of Qubbah, killing 40 people in what officials described as a revenge attack for Egyptian air strikes on Islamist militant targets.

Western powers are pushing Libya's factions to back a U.N.-brokered national unity government to join forces against Islamic State militants, but the agreement faces major resistance from several factions on the ground.

For more than a year, an armed faction called Libya Dawn has controlled Tripoli, setting up its own self-declared government, reinstating the former parliament and forcing the recognised government to operate in the east of the country.

Western officials say forming a united government would be the first step in Libya seeking international help to fight against Islamic State, including training for a new army and possible air strikes against militant targets.

13 Tips To Make your Relationship Great

Do a Google search on how to get your best body and you’ll be inundated with pages of training tips. For those who want to take that same, proactive approach to creating your best
relationship , I have your "exercise regimen" below.

1. Do the things you did the first year you were dating.

As the months and years roll on, we tend to slink into our proverbial sweatpants and get lazy in our relationship. We lose our patience, gentleness, thoughtfulness, understanding and the general effort we once made toward our mate. Think back to the first year of your relationship and write down all the things you used to do for your partner. Now start doing them again.

2. Ask for what you want.

Over time, we assume that our partner knows us so well that we don’t need to ask for what we want. What happens when we make this assumption? Expectations are set and just as quickly, they get deflated. Those unmet expectations can leave us questioning the viability of our partnership and connection. Keep in mind that “asking for what you want” extends to everything from emotional to sexual wants.

3. Become an expert on your partner.

Think about who your mate really is and what excites him or her (both physically and emotionally). We can become consumed by what WE THINK he/she wants, as opposed to tuning in to what truly resonates with the other person. Remember that if it’s important to your partner, it doesn’t have to make sense to you. You just have to do it.

4. Don't ask "how was your day."

At the end of a long day, we tend to mentally check out of our lives and consequently, our relationship. We rely on the standard question, “How was your day?” Generally, that boring question will yield a boring answer such as, “Fine, how was yours?” This does nothing to improve your connection and instead, can actually damage it because you're losing the opportunity to regularly connect in a small way.

Instead, try asking things like, “What made you smile today?” or “What was the most challenging part of your day?” You’ll be amazed at the answers you’ll get, with the added benefit of gaining greater insight into your significant other.

5. Create a weekly ritual to check in with one another.

It can be short or long but it begins with asking each other what worked and didn’t work about the previous week and what can be done to improve things this coming week. Additionally, use this opportunity to get on the same page with your schedules, plan a date night and talk about what you would like to see happen in the coming days, weeks, and months in your relationship. Without an intentional appointment to do a temperature check, unmet needs and resentments can build.

6. Keep it sexy.

What might change in your relationship if both you and your partner committed to increasing the behaviors you each find sexy and limiting those that aren’t? Think about this in the broadest form. “Sexy” can certainly refer to bedroom preferences, but it also represents what excites us about our mate in our day-to-day lives. Do you find it sexy if he/she helps with the housework? Do you find it "unsexy" when he/she uses the restroom with the door wide open? Talk about what it specifically means to "keep it sexy" in your relationship. Be amazed, be humored, be inspired!

7. Get creative about the time you spend together.

Break out of the “dinner and a movie” routine and watch how a little novelty can truly rejuvenate your relationship . On a budget and can’t go big? Jump on the internet to look for “cheap date ideas” and be blown away at the plethora of options. Can’t afford a sitter? Try swapping babysitting time with friends that have kids. It’s free and they will likely be thrilled to take your kids because they will get to take advantage when they drop their kids at your place.

8. Get it on.

Unless you have committed to an asexual partnership, sex, sexual contact and touching (kissing, holding hands, cuddling etc.) are vital components of a romantic relationship. The frequency is of course, up to you and it's imperative that you discuss your ideas about it in order to prevent resentment. Rare are the moments when both partners are “in the mood” at the exact same second, but that doesn’t mean that you have to decline their advances. Remind yourself that you will almost always “get there” after the first few minutes and that an intimate interaction of any kind builds connection and elevates your mood and health. Bear in mind that you are never required to say “yes.” If you truly don’t feel it, the best thing you can do is to postpone. Just make sure that you initiate or accept within a reasonable amount of time thereafter.

9. Take a (mental) vacation, everyday.

Life and work distractions can become paramount in our minds and that leaves little time or energy for our partner. Practice the art of “Wearing the Relationship Hat.” This means that (barring any emergencies or deadlines), we are fully present when we're with our mate. We truly hear what they are saying (instead of pretending to listen), we leave our distractions behind and we don’t pick them up again until the sun comes up and we walk out the door.
Some tips to improve communication
Sadly, we aren’t born with the innate ability to effectively communicate but it doesn’t mean that we can’t learn. Use the following techniques to better navigate and limit the tension in your relationship:

10. Take "fight breaks" when you need them.

Before you’ve hit the point of no return and as you see the stress beginning to escalate, one or both of you can call a break so that cooler heads can prevail. The crux of this tool lies in the fact that you must pick a specific time to revisit the conversation (I.e. 10 minutes from now, 2:00pm on Tuesday etc.) so that closure can be achieved.

11. Dig deep to unearth your true feelings.

In most disagreements, we communicate from the “Top Layer,” which are the obvious emotions such as anger, annoyance and the like. Leading from this place can create confusion, defensiveness and ultimately distract from the real issue. Start communicating from the “Bottom Layer” (i.e. What feelings are really driving your reactions such as disappointment, rejection, loneliness, disrespect etc.).
This type of expression creates an instant sense of empathy because it requires honesty and vulnerability to share from this space. Tension will dissipate and from here, solutions can spring. Just be sure to use kind, non-reactive phrasing when
expressing these bottom layer feelings, such as “I felt hurt by…” as a replacement for “You’re such a jerk” etc.

12. Seek to understand ... not agree.

Easy in concept, difficult in application. Conversations quickly turn to arguments when we're invested in hearing our partner admit that we were right or when we are intent on changing his/her opinion. Choose to approach a conversation as an opportunity to understand your significant other’s perspective as opposed to waiting for them to concede. From this perspective, we have an interesting dialogue and prevent a blow out or lingering frustration.

13. Make your apology count.

It’s well understood that apologizing is a good thing but it only makes a real impact when you mean it. Saying things like “I’m sorry you feel that way” or “I’m sorry you see it that way” are a waste of time and breath. Even if you don’t agree that your action was wrong, you will never successfully argue a feeling.

Accept that your mate feels hurt and from this place, a real apology can have a significant impact. When you love your partner and hurt them (intentionally or not) you can always legitimately apologize for the pain you caused regardless of your perspective on what you did or didn’t do.
You are now, officially armed with the comprehensive exercise routine to fully reshape your relationship. Trim the fat and build your hottest relationship for life!

The Dutch French Braided Mohawk #Braids4TheLadies

If you're a runner, then you need a sleek style that will allow you to zip around the track or on the treadmill. Swap your basic ponytail for this dutch french braided mohawk that actually features three plaits! Keep reading to learn how to DIY it.

Dutch French Braid Mohawk: Step 1

A mohawk is best created on damp or gelled hair. "A flexible, water-based gel is perfect for any kind of intense workout," Sarah said. "It doesn't get crunchy." Plus, it will lock down any flyways.
Run the formula through your strands, and brush it to distribute the product evenly.

STEP 2:

Create two parts, lining them up with where your eyebrows start. They should end all the way down the nape of your neck. Take all the hair on the left, twist it up into a bun, and secure it with a clip. Repeat it on the right side. "Doing this will give you a clean section to start your braid," Sarah explained.

STEP 3:

"A dutch french braid makes it look more like a mohawk than a regular braid," Sarah explained. Separate the middle into three pieces, and begin weaving the hair under the bottom as you plait.

STEP 4:

Keep braiding it tightly all the way down, and secure with an elastic.

STEP 5:

Remove the clips from the side. Comb the hair down neatly on both sides, and pull them tight. Add more product if necessary. Create two simple three-strand braids at the ends with the left and right sections. Secure each braid with an elastic.

Finally ...

Take all three braids, and plait them together. Secure it with an elastic.

Chilean Reporter Loses Bikini Top on Live TV

Good Morning Nigeria , though generally regarded here in the USA  as pretty lame and oddly depressing, is still kind of a big deal in Chile. Their own Good Morning Everyone, essentially their take on Good Morning America but with a far better title, is currently sliding into headlines across the world thanks to a recent wardrobe mishap that's just mild enough to give them some decent PG-13 bonus points .

The video, obtained by the Daily Mail , captures the moment Chilean reporter Bernardita Middleton briefly loses control of a crucial element of clothing while broadcasting live from the coastal city of Reñaca. As always, this not-that-big-of-a-deal mishap can be blamed on the the in-studio anchors who apparently dared Middleton to go for an impromptu swim.

"In truth I wasn’t going to go in the water," Middleton explained shortly after the incident. "The bandeau bikini was a recent present, but I didn’t attach the straps to keep it in place because I had them on my top." Middleton previously made Twitter waves back in 2014, the year Daily Mail notes as the year she humorously proposed to Prince Harry.

BlackBerry is going Android only for 2016, say goodbye to BB10

BlackBerry has announced that it will be abandoning its BB10 operating system in favour of Android, for this year's devices at least.

BlackBerry CEO John Chen has confirmed at a CES interview in Las Vegas that the company will release two new products in 2016, both of which will run Android OS.
So while BlackBerry will stay afloat it means the operating system that die-hard fans support appears to be getting left on the shelf. The physical keyboard of BlackBerry should largely remain, giving the company a unique selling point over the already establish Android competition of Samsung, HTC, Huawei, LG and the rest.

On the matter of the BlackBerry Priv reception so far Chen says: "So far, so good. I'm taking a cautiously optimistic view".
Chen pointed out the Priv started small but will roll out to 31 countries and the price should drop with time. This makes sense as BlackBerry has already said 2016 is its make or break year.

While BlackBerry will continue to offer the
BlackBerry Classic with the BB10 operating system, new phones won't receive it. This is not a total abandoning of the OS, so there's hope for BB10 fans yet.
