5 easy ways couples can communicate effectively with each other

Sometimes in marriage, level of communication between couples dwindle and it gets harder to express your feelings towards each other, because you don't talk everyday.

Instead of waiting for the worst thing that could happen in your marriage, you can work towards taking it back to the way it once was.

Life gets busy especially with kids, jobs and extended family but you can work together as a couple to get your marriage back on track.

Inspired by Marriage.com, here are 5 easy ways couples can communicate effectively with each other.

1. Communicate with love, admiration and respect: Talk with your spouse rather than talking down on them or at them.

2. Go away together: Sometimes, it's okay to just leave everything behind and just have some time alone with yourselves, no distractions.

3. Communication should be mixed with fun and laughter: Life is not about being serious all the time. Make your conversations very enjoyable then you can proceed to saying about your issues.

4. Remember why you got married: Focus on what you love and cherish about each other, this should be motivating enough.

5. Create time to talk: Scheduling a talk time between you  and your spouse. Look forward to it each day and watch your level of communication get better.

GOOD LUCK

EPL: Arsenal stumble at home; wins for Liverpool, Man United

Arsenal’s hopes of landing a first league title in 12 years suffered a heavy blow as Swansea came from behind to win at Emirates Stadium.

Joel Campbell slid to hook the Gunners into an early lead and they looked set to make up ground on leaders Leicester.

Swansea – missing boss Francesco Guidolin through illness – levelled when Wayne Routledge side-footed home.

Olivier Giroud and Alexis Sanchez struck the bar before Ashley Williams pounced to earn a crucial Swansea win.

And Tottenham Hotspur missed the chance to go top of the Premier League table after Michail Antonio’s winner earned West Ham United a deserved win.

Spurs keeper Hugo Lloris got a hand to Antonio’s powerful header from a corner but not enough to keep the ball out.

The visitors had won the previous six league games but were poor throughout, Harry Kane scuffing their best chance, reports the BBC.

West Ham, who have played one game more, are one point behind fourth-placed Manchester City.

At Anfield, Manchester City’s title hopes suffered a major blow as Liverpool gained some revenge for Sunday’s League Cup final defeat with a deserved win.

City edged the game at Wembley on penalties but were distinctly second best against a fired-up home side.
Adam Lallana’s low drive gave Liverpool the lead before James Milner poked in a second against his former side.

Ex-Red Raheem Sterling was taken off at half-time before Roberto Firmino fired in a third to compound City’s woes.

City are somewhat fortunate that leaders Leicester are the only one of their major title rivals to pick up a point in these midweek fixtures, but the defeat – their third in succession in the Premier League – means they are now 10 points behind Claudio Ranieri’s side.

In the final game, Juan Mata’s late free-kick earned Manchester United a win over Watford to move them level on points with fourth-placed Manchester City.

United striker Marcus Rashford was quiet in the first half as Watford’s Odion Ighalo wasted two good chances.

But the hosts improved when Rashford switched places with Anthony Martial and the Frenchman won the free-kick which Mata curled in from 20 yards.
Although City have a game in hand, United earned a fourth successive win.

EPL RESULTS

Liverpool 3 – 0 Man City
Man United 1 – 0 Watford
Arsenal 1- 2 Swansea
West Ham 1-0 Spurs
Stoke 1-0 Newcastle

ATM hacker who stole $55M worldwide pleads guilty to theft

The mastermind of a $55 million computer hacking scheme that plagued ATM machines all over the world pleaded guilty in a Brooklyn Federal Court on Tuesday.

Turkish national Ercan Findikoglu who only has a high school certificate, was able to attack hack the computer networks of at least three payment processors for Visa and MasterCard credit and prepaid debit cards.

Findikoglu told Federal Judge Kiyo Matsumoto.
"I intended to defraud the financial institutions by manipulating the account balances,"
Findikoglu told the judge he was able to falsely inflate the balances on various accounts, after which he forwarded the account information to "cash crews" standing by in 26 cities from July 2010 to February 2013.

Then when the crew members received the green light, they began making large withdrawals from ATM accounts after the limits on balances had been lifted, according to court papers.

Thirteen co-conspirators had previously pleaded guilty.
Findikoglu faces up to 14 years in prison when he is sentenced on July 12 and has to repay $55 million in restitution to the financial institutions that were ripped off, a $250,000 fine, and will be deported to Turkey after finishing his jail term.

Pope Francis: It's never too late for conversion

God's patience towards sinners is without limit, yet the time for conversion is now, Pope Francis said during his Sunday Angelus address at the Vatican.

“It is never too late to convert, but it is urgent, it is now! Let us begin today,” said the Pope Feb. 28 to the crowds in St. Peter's Square.

Delivering his remarks before leading those present in the Marian prayer, the Pope spoke on Jesus' “invincible patience,” explaining how God's “unyielding concern for sinners” should provoke impatience in ourselves.

“Have you thought of God's patience? Have you even thought of his unyielding concern for sinners, how this should provoke impatience against ourselves?”

“It is never to late to convert! Never! Up until the last moment: The patience of God who waits for us.”
Pope Francis recounted the story from St. Therese of Lisieux, who prayed for the conversion of a criminal who had been condemned to death, and had refused interventions from the priest. It was not until his final moment that he took the Crucifix held by the priest and kissed it.

“The patience of God! And he does the same with us, with all of us!” the Pope said. “And this is his mercy.”

Reflecting on the day's readings, Pope Francis remarked how everyday newspapers report on violence and catastrophes. He tied this to the Gospel reading which refers to two tragic events of the time: the Romans sacking the temple, and the collapse of the Siloam tower in Jerusalem which killed eighteen people.

The Pope says Jesus knows his listeners are “superstitious” in interpreting such events as punishment for sins.

“Jesus definitively refutes this point of view, because God does not permit tragedies to punish sins,” he said, but “asserts that those poor victims were no worse than others.”

Rather, Jesus uses these examples as warnings that sinners will perish as these victims did if they do not repent, the Pope added, citing the Gospel.

Even today, there is the temptation to blame disasters on the victims, “or even on God himself,” the pontiff said.

However, in order to take the path of the Gospel, Jesus “calls us to change our heart, to radically make an about turn in our life, abandoning our compromises with evil,” the Pope said, citing hypocrisy as an example. “I think we all have in us a little bit of hypocrisy,” he said in an off-the-cuff remark.

Stressing the need for conversion, the Pope warned against the temptation toward self-justification: “From what do we need to convert? Are we not all good people, believers, even sufficiently practicing?”

Despite being like the fig tree which fails to produce fruit, Jesus “with limitless patience” delays killing the tree for another year, Pope Francis observed.

He reflected on the Jubilee Year of Mercy as a year of grace, the period in the Church and our lives before Christ's “glorious return,” and which is “punctuated by a certain number of Lents which offer us opportunities for repentance and salvation.”

The Jubilee of Mercy is an Extraordinary Holy Year which officially commenced December 8 – the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception – with the opening of the Holy Door in St. Peter's Basilica. It will close Nov. 20, 2016 with the Solemnity of Christ the King.

After the recitation of the Angelus, Pope Francis reflected on the ongoing crisis of refugees fleeing from “war and other inhumane situations.”

He especially acknowledged Greece and other countries “on the front line” for their work in offering “generous assistance” to those crossing their borders, and called on the international community for a “unanimous response” in helping distribute the weight of the crisis.

“For this reason, we need to firmly and unreservedly focus on negotiations,” he said.

The pontiff went on to welcome “with hope” the current ceasefire in Syria involving government and rebel forces, which has entered its second day.

“I invite all to pray so that this window of opportunity can give relief to the suffering people, encouraging the necessary humanitarian aid, and open the way to dialogue and much desired peace,” he said.

Pope Francis went on to extend his “closeness” to the people of Fiji, where tropical cyclone Winston killed more than 40 people and left tens of thousands more homeless.

“I pray for the victims and for those engaged with the relief efforts.”

Nigerians Prefer Kpangolo Music To Rhythm And Blues – DJ Xclusive

Talented producer, DJ Xclusive, has revealed the reason why he does not make R n B beats.

According to the EME act, Nigerians love the danceable kind of songs thus, the rhythm and blues kind of songs will not sell in the country.

While speaking with Naija
What Nigerians want is kpangolo music and that’s what I make. I make my beats to suit people’s demands because I want to sell.

I’m a producer of the people and I give people what they want; and for now, as you can see, fast beat is the trend. Everybody wants to shakebodi and dance to fast beats and that’s what I produce.

DJ Xclusive also talked about his decision to release an album seeing that he is known primarily as a DJ.
He added that:

As you can see, every producer isn’t sitting on producing alone. We’re all trying to merge singing with. It’s not just in a bid to make more money but to expand our versatility. You can say I took it to the head with the album but that’s just to show you that producers can also do good music.
DJ Xclusive, released a 21 track
