Fashion or Madness? What this Woman Was Caught Wearing in a Public Place Will Shock You (Photo)

A woman has caused a serious stir on social media after she appeared in public wearing a really weird outfit.

This photo has caused a meltdown on the internet since it emerged.

Two women are seen in the photo clearly shopping for hair attachments but that is not what is causing a stir: it is the woman standing by the right that has got tongues rolling.

The woman is seen wearing pants that have obviously been torn to shreds to clearly expose her buttocks.

Apparently done for fashion purpose, the woman is proud to appear in public wearing the rather weird design.

Although the woman's identity or location have not been confirmed, social media users have since slammed her choice of clothes, calling it too bizarre for anyone to appear comfortably in.

Just In: Nigerian Oil Workers Officially Begin Nationwide Strike Today, Deny Talks with FG

Despite reports that the federal government had commenced talks with the leaders of PENGASSAN, Nigerian oil workers are going ahead with their planned strike today(Thursday).

The acting general secretary of Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria (PENGASSAN), Lumumba Okugbawa, has disclosed exclusively to Premium Times on Thursday morning that the nation's oil workers are going ahead with their planned strike today (Thursday), despite reports that the government had commenced talks with their leaders.

Okugbawa disclosed further that the PENGASSAN were not aware of any negotiations between any arm of the association and the government on any of their demands.

“It is not true there are on-going negotiations between PENGASSAN and government. Apart from the inconclusive negotiation on June 23, which was rescheduled to June 30, only to be put off indefinitely with no further appointment, we are not aware of any other negotiation with government,”Okugbawa said.

He added that reports of negotiations with the oil workers was part of the government’s characteristic way of causing confusion whenever a strike notice is issued.

“If government was sincere, why would it always wait till after the strike had already started before coming out in the media to talk about non-existing negotiations?” he asked.

Okugbawa revealed that the Federal Ministry of Labour had sent an email to the leadership of PENGASSAN late on Wednesday inviting them to a meeting scheduled for Thursday (today) when the strike was planned to commence.

He said the ministry later sent a text message to reschedule the meeting for Friday, saying the previous schedule was not convenient, in view of the extended public holiday, adding that the association had since replied the government that the Friday schedule was equally not convenient, as it could not get all its top executives from across the country where they were deployed to monitor the beginning of the strike.

“In any case, the decision to embark on the strike was taken by the National Executive Council of the Association. It is not possible to stop the commencement of the strike now for a meeting with government on Friday. As far as PENGASSAN is concerned, the strike has commenced as planned. The strike can only be suspended or called off by no other arm, but NEC. For now getting all its members to return for a meeting is foing to be difficult,” he said.

Although he did not confirm any new date the association would find convenient, said it would not be earlier than next Tuesday.

Warning! Read What Too Much Masturbation Can Do to Your P*nis

Many men do not know that they are putting themselves at great risk each time they begin to pleasure themselves. Guys, read up what over masturbation can do to your p*nis.

Over stimulation of the penis can lead to persistent softness of an erection, while the disappearance of a morning erection can signify a hormonal imbalance. Weak erections can vary, from poor blood circulation to anxiety issues, but for men who over masturbate, the weakness can occur because of a hormonal imbalance.

Hormonal Reserve
Think of sex as a battery. The more you use it, the faster you lose it. An erection occurs because of a healthy dosage of hormones and neurotransmitters. The urge for sex starts with testosterone. But men who ejaculate often lose testosterone faster than their bodies can replenish it. With little testosterone, erections become weaker.

Meanwhile, dopamine must be released to stimulate the penis, while acetylcholine must be present to keep the “excitement” level high. Nitric oxide, a signaling chemical, must also appear in order to provide the proper signaling between the brain and the penis for a healthy erection. Over masturbation depletes all of these neurochemicals.

Lowered dopamine requires more stimulation to stay “hard”, while decreased acetylcholine levels ruin the flow of blood to maintain an erection. Depleted nitric oxide levels lead to a decrease in communication between the brain and penis.

Regaining the Proper Hormones
For hormones to return to their normal state, men must refrain from masturbating as often. The individual who has grown addicted to the activity may have trouble quitting. Still, an individual should aim to quit gradually. Next, taking hormonal supplements can help stabilize testosterone and neurotransmitter production for a healthy erection.

If you suffer from weak erections, take Botanical Solutions for Erectile Dysfunction to help stabilize your production of nitric oxide and to increase the elasticity of blood vessels for improved erection quality.

Crazy University Lecturer Teaches Her 11-year-old Daughter How to Use a Condom (Photos)

A Kenyan woman and popular feminist has taken to her Facebook account to showcase how she taught her underage daughter how to use a condom.
Dr. Stella Nyanzi and her daughter

Dr. Stella Nyanzi, is a very popular figure in Kenya striving on controversies that have hijacked the news headlines. Earlier this year, she stripped herself half-n*ked to protest her eviction from her office at the Makerere University by famous political science lecturer, Professor Mahmood Mamdani.

She is also one of the of “The People’s President”Kizza Besigye’s staunch supporters who publicized her visa denial by the British immigration officials. She is back again in the news after publicising how she thought her 11-year-old child how to use a condom.

This is what she posted on her Facebook page:

“I had the ‘condom talk’ with my eleven-year-old daughter. I explained the dangers of unprotected s*x, without blinking. Feeling like a Ninja-Warrior, I pulled out a packet of black condoms. She asked about the colour. I told her I preferred condoms that look like the real thing. Luckily, she did not ask for details about the colours of things.

"So I talked about the tip of the condom and how it is important to squeeze out the air before rolling it up the waiting specimen. We practiced squeezing gently in order not to tear the tip. She asked about how women with long varnished finger-nails squeeze out the air without tearing the condom. I referred her to her auntie with long varnished finger-nails. God bless their next meeting!

"And then I talked about disposing of the condom after using it. I was careful not to leave out any age-appropriate detail of condom-use for my darling daughter. And then I asked if she had any question.

“Yes, Mama Stella,” she said enthusiastically. “I have a question.” What do you want to know?” I asked with a sense of foreboding.

“So, how big does the condom become if I blow it Mama?” She asked. “Oh, big, I guess,” I replied cautiously.

“Please, please, please Mama Stella, can I blow it and see?” she asked. “Sure. Here,” I said as I held out a condom.

“Eeeooww,” she made a face at the oily lube on the condom. “For smooth entry and travel,” I explained.

"And then my daughter blew and blew and blew the condom. It got much bigger than the balloons we usually blow to decorate our party-rooms.

"She put it onto her belly-button and it nearly touched the floor. We laughed at the joke. And then, just as the child she is, my daughter began to play catch with the blown condom. She threw it up into the air and reached up to get it. Our condom talk was over!”

FG Formally Bans Post-UTME, Orders Strict Compliance

The Minister of Education, Malam Adamu Adamu has reiterated the ban on the Post Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, otherwise known as Post-UTME, saying that the ban is with immediate effect.

A statement issued and signed by Ben Goong, the Deputy Director of Press and Public Relations in the ministry, quoted the Minister of Education, Malam Adamu Adamu, as saying that the ban was with immediate effect and directed all higher institutions to comply with the directive.

The statement said: “The ban is with immediate effect, and under no circumstance should any institution violate the directive.

“The responsibility for admission into public tertiary institutions lies solely with the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and under no circumstance whatsoever, should anybody or institution take over that responsibility by proxy.

“For the avoidance of doubt, any educational institution after secondary education is regarded as a tertiary institution.

“Therefore, all tertiary institutions, Polytechnics, Colleges of Education, Universities or by whatever name it is called after secondary education, must be subjected to admission through the JAMB.”

The statement said at the end of probationary admission by JAMB, the candidates could be screened for final admission.

Adamu was quoted as having said: “Those who have already advertised for the conduct of the Post-UTME under any guise should stop the exercise immediately as any university caught conducting Post-UTME will face appropriate sanctions.

“If any tertiary Institution has already conducted Post-UTME, such an exercise stands annulled and money taken from such candidates must be refunded immediately.”
