Charles Okah , the brother of the leader for the Movement for the Emancipation of Niger Delta ( MEND ) , Henry Okah has broken out of Kuje Prison .Charles Okah has been in prison custody since 2010 as his trial on charges of plotting the 2010 Independence DAY bombing .
Reports indicate that he scaled the fence of the Kuje prison on Friday night even as a manhunt for him has begun .
