Beat aging with Beetroot juice

Elevated to the status of a super-food owing to its many benefits, Beetroot’s deep, overpowering red juice has earned its reputation as the most bossy of vegetables.

This root fruit holds a lot of nutritional benefits, known to boost stamina, remove blemishes from the skin, prevents signs of aging, lowers blood pressure, improves liver function, boosts haemoglobin levels, reduces inflammation, helps prevent cancer and as well detoxify.

Although the leaves have always been eaten, historically the beet root was generally used medicinally for a range of ailments, including fevers, constipation and skin problems.
Beetroot is a good source of iron and folate (naturally occurring folic acid).

It also contains nitrates, betaine, magnesium and other antioxidants (notably betacyanin).

Recent health claims by the British Dietetic Association (BDA) suggest beetroot can help lower blood pressure, boost exercise performance and prevent dementia. Due to its richness in nitrates converted in our body into nitric oxide helps lower blood pressure

However further long-term trials would be needed to improved exercise performance

The dieticians verdict on beetroot juice, along with green leafy vegetables, cabbage and celery, suggest a useful amount of balanced diet as their nitrate content may help to reduce blood pressure.

“Getting active, reducing the amount of salt in your diet and maintaining a healthy weight are also key strategies for getting your blood pressure under control.”

Again, Samsung Galaxy S7 Appears On Geekbench

There is no doubt that Samsung Galaxy S7 and the iPhone 7 are two of the most anticipated device of 2016. Of course, we already know what to expect based on
various leaks, rumors and speculations. Just last week, Samsung Galaxy S7 passed through Antutu with the codename SM-G930F but unfortunately, Antutu didn’t reveal the score. Only the known specifications were revealed.
Just today, the device was spotted on Geekbench 3 with an impressive multi-core processing score. The version spotted is SM-G930W8 and it’s different from the one on Antutu last week. It’s powered by Samsung’s Exynos 8890 octa-processor clocked 1.59 GHz. There are speculations a version of this device will sport the new Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 processor which is going to be region-dependent. However, it should be recalled that the variant spotted last week too is powered by Exynos 8890.

The device has a single-core processing score of 1873 while the multi-core processing score hits 5946. The multi-core processing score is quite impressive but Huawei Mate 8 outperforms the Galaxy S7.
Samsung Galaxy packs a 4GB RAM and will run Android Marshmallow out of the box. There’s a 12MP camera at the back and a 5MP front-facing camera. There’s a 3600mAh battery to power the device.
Samsung Galaxy S7 will likely be unveiled in February at Mobile World Congress but there are speculations it’s going to be officially launched in March.

Vatican officials offered to house a homeless woman who gave birth near St. Peter’s Square on Wednesday.
Italian police found the woman while patrolling the area—she had given birth on a piece of cardboard around 2 a.m. Wednesday, according to CBS News.

Officers covered the mother and child in their jackets to protect them from the near freezing temperatures, later taking them to a nearby hospital.

The woman received a visit from Monsignor Konrad Krajewski, who carries out Pope Francis’ charity missions. He offered her space at a home owned by the Vatican for mother and babies in need.

According to a Vatican spokesman, the woman has not decided if she will accept the offer.
