I Personally Warned Keshi That He Needed Prayers – Primate Ayodele

Primate Babatunde Elijah Ayodele , founder , INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church , Lagos , has claimed that he warned former Coach of the Super Eagles , late Stephen Keshi , to seek the face of God especially after he won the 2013 African Nations Cup in South Africa .
Mr . Keshi , popularly called the Big Boss , died early hours of Wednesday at the age of 54 in Benin City , Edo State .
Like millions of Nigerians and football fans across the world still reeling in pain over the sudden demise of the former Super Eagles captain, Primate Ayodele yesterday said he wrote Keshi a personal letter after the 2013 AFCON victory , to intimate him of the divine revelations he got .
“ I have been in deep pains since I learnt of his death. Keshi was a soccer icon. He served Nigeria well both as a player and as a coach . I remember writing him a personal letter after the Nations Cup in South Africa and warned him to seek the face of God . He needed prayers and I told Nigerians then that Keshi has completed his assignment with the Eagles after the Nations Cup and that Eagles needed another coach to move forward ” , the cleric disclosed .
Ayodele urged Nigerian football buffs not to treat divine revelations lightly , even as he maintained that the Super Eagles does not need a foreign coach ahead of the Russia 2018 World Cup qualifiers .
“ I have sent messages to the NFF and I hope they will listen. I have told them the Abuja Glass House needs some spiritual cleansing . On the Eagles , I have made it clear that what the Eagles need now is not a foreign coach . This is what God revealed to me . I am not saying it to attract publicity or for any financial gain . Let Pinnick Amaju and his board look inwards for a coach . From what God has revealed to me , an indigenous coach will not only qualify the country for the World Cup but take the Eagles far in the competition in Russia. Bringing a foreign coach will be a disaster . They shouldn ’t waste money on a white man ” , the INRI founder advised

Below is a rejoinder from the Delta State Police Command in regards to a Sahara Reporters report with caption -'Delta state Police Commissioner Usman Baba Alkali is embroiled in a scam involving a 5000 KVA Mikano Power-Generating Plant'
The attention of Delta State Police Command has been drawn to an online publication of June 07, 2016 by the Sahara Reporters, New york with the above caption, and wishes to state unequivocally that the said report is false, malicious and a calculated attempt to tarnish the good image, integrity and impeccable character of the Commissioner of Police, CP. Alkali Baba Usman, psc (+) fdc.
2. To put the facts straight, the Command never at any time had 5000KVA MIKANO generator mounted at the State Headquarters, Asaba since it moved to the present site in 2001. However, the Command would like to intimate the reading public that a Perking 250KVA donated to the Police Command by James Ibori led administration in 2001 started malfunctioning and all efforts made by immediate past Commissioner of Police to fix the generator was to no avail as it finally packed up in 2014. Equally, there is no Ten (10) million naira monthly security vote meant for maintenance, being collected or made available by Delta State government to the office Commissioner of Police.
3. The Force Headquarters Purchasing and Tenders Board in line with the provisions of the relevant section of the Public Procurement Act, 2007 requested for the list of unserviceable items from the command and in its meeting held on Wednesday, 20th January, 2016 approved the disposal by public auction of Perking 250KVA among other unserviceable items in the command after theBoard of Survey and Enquiry constituted for that purpose had done physical inspection.
4. The public auction for Delta State Command was conducted on 23/02/2016 under the supervision of the Department of Logistics and Supply, Force Headquarters Board of Survey and Enquiry at Asaba. The Commissioner of Police, Delta State command, CP. Alkali Baba Usman did not benefit from the public auction either directly or by proxy. Thus, the suggestion by Sahara Reporters that the generator was looted or stolen by CP. Alkali Baba Usman is mischievous and must be discountenanced by the members of the public.
5. Additionally, the Commissioner of Police though of Northern extraction has never given protection to criminal elements camouflaging asherdsmen. It is on record that the Commissioner of Police organised several townhall meetings in the state, during which he condemned the activities of criminal herdsmen and equally solicited for the cooperation of the communities with the police in ensuring that criminals elements masquerading as herdsmen in the state are apprehended and brought to justice.
6. Finally, postings/transfers is a routine in the Nigeria Police, thus the movement of the Commissioner of Police out of Delta Command is not connected to any of the misgivings published in Sahara Reporters website. The welfare of officers and men of the command received priority attention of CP. Alkali Baba Usman in line with the Inspector-General of Police welfare agenda for the Force.
7. The Command urges the public to disregard the said publications as malicious and a figment of the imagination of the authors which is aimed at bringingtheperson of CP. Alkali Baba Usman to public disrepute, while advising Sahara Reporters to always conduct investigative as against arm chair journalism.

10 Most Common Ways of Knowing Drug Addicts

1. Mood swings . Individuals who are addicted to drugs are prone to sudden mood swings depending upon whether or not they are currently under the influence.

2. Depression. During the “lows” of drug addiction, many individuals will fall into a deep depression as they ponder their situation, or await their next dose of the drugs.

3. Euphoria . Drug use can take individuals to points of extreme euphoria – making them seem giddy or elated at socially unacceptable times.

4. Criminal behavior. When an individual is addicted to drugs, he or she will do anything to obtain more. This may include robbery, selling drugs or other crimes that can land the individual in jail.

5. Sleeplessness. Many individuals who are addicted to stimulants may find it difficult to sleep while they are under the influence of the drug. Opiate addicts, on the other hand, may experience sleeplessness when they are going through withdrawal.

6. Unexplained absences. For many people, drug addiction is all about secrecy. These men and women use drugs in private in the hopes of keeping their habit a secret from loved ones or co-workers. As such, a drug addict may disappear for hours (or even days) on end without speculation. They have the option of seeking an exclusive private addiction treatment facility.

7. Anxiety . Almost every type of drug addiction causes some form of anxiety in the user. Whether it is nervous behavior caused by the drug itself, or anxiousness over finding one’s next “fix”, anxiety remains one of the hallmark symptoms of drug addiction.

8. Strong drug cravings . Once addiction takes over, the individual’s body will shut down with access to more drugs. That leads to very strong drug cravings that can take over the life of almost anyone – no matter how physically or emotionally strong they are.

9. Change in appearance. Men and women who are addicted to drugs often look different than before they began using. Drugs such as cocaine, crystal meth or heroin may cause individual to become emaciated – while marijuana may lead to weight gain for some.

10. New peers. Commonly, adolescent and teen drug addicts will begin hanging around with a different peer group when they are immersed in drug use. This means parents should be aware of the potential for trouble when their child begins spending time with an unfamiliar group of kids.

How to Make People Like You in 4 Seconds or Less

Within seconds of meeting you, people are already making judgments about your personality.

Those assessments can influence whether they want to hire you, date you, or be your friend.

So you'll want to do everything you can to make the best impression possible — before it's too late.

To help you out on that front, we checked out "How to Make People Like You in 90 Seconds or Less " by speaker and author Nicholas Boothman.

The book highlights a key strategy for ingratiating yourself with your conversation partner while greeting them.
The best part? The whole process takes just four seconds.

Read on to find out how to become instantly likable.

Step 1: Be open
Boothman says you'll want to open both your body and your attitude.
In terms of your body language, Boothman says you should aim your heart directly at the person you're meeting. Don't cover your heart with your hands or your arms. And if you're wearing a jacket, unbutton it beforehand.
It's equally important to cultivate a positive attitude. While you're greeting the person, Boothman says you should feel and be aware of that positivity.

Step 2: Make eye contact
Boothman says you should be the one to initiate eye contact, and let your eyes reflect your positive attitude.
If you feel uncomfortable making eye contact, he suggests a strategy for getting used to it: When you're watching TV, note the eye color of the people on camera and say the name of the color in your head. The next day, do the same thing with every person you meet.
Just make sure to look away at some point — as Carol Kinsey Goman
writes on Forbes, too much eye contact can feel rude or intimidating for the other person.

Step 3: Beam
Boothman advises being the first one to smile. You'll send the message that you're sincere.
Research also suggests that smiling when you meet someone in a happy context is a useful way to get them to remember you.

Step 4: Say "hello"
Whether you say "hi," "hey," or "hello," or use another salutation, you should sound delighted to be making this person's acquaintance.
Next, you'll want to extend your hand. Make sure to give a firm handshake , which generally creates a more positive impression.
When the person you're meeting gives his or her name, try to repeat it a few times. For example, you might say, "Sara. Nice to meet you, Sara!"

If you're meeting multiple people and can't shake everyone's hand at once, Boothman says it's possible to conduct a "hands-free" handshake. Do everything you'd normally do while shaking someone's hand — point your heart in their direction, say hello, and smile — but don't extend your hand.

Step 5: Lean in
There's no need to fall over into the person you're meeting.
Boothman suggests an "almost imperceptible forward tilt" to show that you're open to and interested in what the person has to say.
